Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Logistics Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare export orders with customers.
• Organise/communicate the export orders with management, the warehouse and shipping lines.
• Handle export invoicing and export documentation.
• Liaise with forwarders and shipping companies.
• Follow orders through until receipts in stores.
• Handle custom clearance and inland transport.
• Oversee and input international purchasing and sales orders into SAP.
• Track shipment schedules and proactively communicate with suppliers about order readiness and loading timelines.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of arrival lists for suppliers, ensuring they are up-to-date and cost information is accurate.
• Weekly update of arrival lists for the sales team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement, logistics, or supplier management.
• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, will be a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple suppliers and timelines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cost tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
