Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced and career-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team. The main purpose of the position is to provide complete accounting services for companies that outsource the function of accounting.

Job Description

• Understanding the client's business.

• Recording primary documents in the SAGA software, in compliance with accounting regulations and policies.

• Advising the client in business administration.

• Preparing the monthly trial balance and analyzing it;

• Preparing/submitting monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual tax returns;

• Preparation/submission of annual financial statements (periodically);

• Work in SPV, assistance and representation before tax audits;

• djustment/tracking of the payer sheet, contact ANAF;

• Periodic information to the company management about the financial and accounting results;

• Preparation of standard reports additionally requested by the client's management.

Requirements:

• A University/College degree in Accounting;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in providing accounting services, complete accounting records in various fields of activity, preparation of tax returns and financial statements.

• Certified accountant, CECCAR member.

• Good knowledge of English (medium/advanced level).

• Experience working with SAGA software.

• Solid knowledge of national accounting and tax legislation.

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word (MS Office) is required

• Team spirit personality, fairness, responsibility.

• Highly attentive with accuracy in detail, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Decision-making personality, autonomous and willing to take initiative

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
