The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. This role manages staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts/audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency.
• Manage equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, damage rates) and report to management.
• Resolve operational issues (delays, shortages, discrepancies).

Requirements:

• High school diploma (degree in logistics/supply chain a plus).
• Warehouse experience, including leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting (may require overtime during peak seasons).
