Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with the clients to promote the company's products and services via phones and emails in order to build and maintain a relationship with the customer ;
- Recording accurate records and updates of all communication with the client ;
- Responding to client queries in a timely and accurate manner ;
- Monitoring customer complains and reaching out to provide assistance ;
- Updating customers about new product and features;
- Assisting clients with queries regarding trading ;
- Assisting clients with deposit/withdrawal;
- Reactivation of old client ;
- To educate the client on how to use the company's trading platform;
- To educate the client on how to use trading assets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sales within the financial sector ;
- University degree preferable;
- Knowledge of Technical and Fundamental analysis;
- Fluent verbal and written English is necessary, the additional language will be considered as an advantage ;
- Computer literacy ;
- Client focused with excellent customer services;
- Honesty, accurate, reliability;
- Strong organization and time-management skills;
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
