tgs Cyprus Dinos Antoniou & Co Ltd an audit firm based in Limassol seeks to recruit a high calibre individual as Office Administrator.
Description of responsibilities:

- Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
- Maintain and organise the reception area while welcoming clients and visitors
- Perform general office administration duties
- Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Support the collections process
Qualifications
-
- Excellent Communication skills
- Fast learner
- Problem solving and creative person
- Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Diploma in secretarial studies or other relevant diploma
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications, knowledge of Profit Maker system will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
