Henley Travel - Junior Travel Administrator - Limassol
You will join a team of 6 people based in Limassol, supporting travel coordination for crew members travelling to and from vessels. No previous experience is necessary. A strong interest in the travel industry is preferred, and full training will be provided.
What you will learn and do
- Coordinate travel logistics for crew members travelling to and from vessels, including flights and accommodation.
- Issue airline tickets via SABRE GDS.
- Identify the most cost-effective routes available, in line with clients’ needs and vessels’ schedules.
- Issue invoices and reconcile company expenses under the supervision of the Travel Accountant.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- In time, join the rotation for the after-hours duty phone, which may require work outside standard office hours and on public holidays, depending on operational needs.
- Receive training for all of the above.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marine or corporate travel coordination (including ticketing) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media to help promote Henley Travel via social media channels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
