Acumen International is a global employment solutions provider headquartered in London, with our operations centre in Cyprus. Based in Nicosia, you will support international clients and help manage end-to-end employment operations in 190+ countries.

This role combines client relationship management with hands-on work across payroll, accounting, HR, and compliance. You will be the main point of contact for clients and external service providers, helping ensure global teams are paid and managed smoothly, in line with local laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring clear communication and strong service delivery.
• Coordinate with in-country payroll providers, HR specialists, and immigration partners to manage full-cycle payroll processing, including accuracy checks, compliance processes, and timeliness.
• Review and validate monthly payroll inputs and calculations, and prepare and issue client invoices.
• Ensure on-time payroll processing, compliance filings, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including employee and client documentation.
• Support clients with benefits questions, payroll queries, compliance topics, and workforce planning.
• Assist with contract renewals and help drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll or outsourcing operations (international experience and vendor management are a plus).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
• Service-oriented, dependable, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
