We re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Production Shift Associate to join our Production Admin team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Duties:

• Coordinate, supervise and control production processes to ensure that products are produced according to the appropriate procedures in order to obtain the required quality
• Monitor the compliance of the department with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Carry out the production plan according to the production schedule
• Supervise, coach, develop and monitor of the production personnel to ensure productivity and product quality
• Follow and apply the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmacy or other related field
• Any previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the specific field is desired; the position level will be defined based on experience
• Fluent in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and technical skills related to this discipline
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure Accountable and responsible
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment

It would be considered a plus if you have:

• Any previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or industrial environment
