The CyprusNews Media Group is launching a new specialized digital portal focused on Finance, Fintech & Banking and is looking to hire a Finance & Business Editor to join its editorial team.

Role Overview

The Finance & Business Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality journalism, analysis, and explanatory content covering the economy, markets, and the evolving business landscape in Cyprus and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit news, articles, and in-depth analyses on:

  • Economy & Macroeconomics

  • Business & Entrepreneurship

  • Stock Markets & Investments

  • Listed companies & equities

  • Banking, Fintech & Financial Innovation

  • New Economy & emerging financial trends

• Monitor financial developments locally and globally and translate them into clear, accessible, and credible content.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to shape the editorial agenda of the new finance-focused portal.

• Contribute to special reports, explainers, and thematic series related to finance and markets.

Additional Qualifications (considered a plus)
