Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a Financial Services organisation is seeking to recruit a Head of RTO in Limassol;

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage efficiently the dealing room department
• Monitor the company’s platforms
• Monitor the reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders
• Support clients on the use of trading platforms and the execution of their orders
• Prepares various reports for management and clients
• Monitor the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy
• Present accurate information and data to clients and management
• Provide high quality service to clients and to other departments
• Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department
• Analyse the risk and the effects of the investment decisions of the company

Qualifications:

• University/College Graduate
• Holder of CySec Advance Certificate
• 2 years’ experience within a CySec Regulated Environment
• Excellent knowledge of the MT4 Platform
• Excellent command of the English language
• Professional knowledge of a second language will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure
• Strong communication skills
