The opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic SAP Senior ABAP Developer to join the EY Advisory Team. If you have a sincere passion for Advisory and looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your knowledge, skills and career, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as technical product owner to own the development design and delivery of specific functional area
• Review the business requirements and design, build, test and implement a variety of SAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflows
• Interacts with the customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide high-level design and recommending changes/innovations in business process
• Responsible for SAP ABAP development that includes ALV, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, BDC, LSMW, Function Modules, BAPI, User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ABAP Query, Workflow , Adobe Forms and Object-oriented Programming
• Responsible for SAP UI5 development that includes HTML5, Fiori, SAP Gateway, OData Services
• Write technical documents to support the functional specifications and other efforts
• Provide code reviews of development team members and provide advice on areas of improvement
• Provide estimates and dependencies for development tasks and demonstrate excellent coding abilities to produce scalable quality product
• Involve in performance tuning and maintenance activities and ensures technical solutions meet the performance guidelines and standards
• Participates in customer support, trouble shooting and apply break fixes to resolve critical bugs

 Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Hands on experience in Web Services, ABAP Proxies, Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
• Demonstrated experience in analysing and debugging ABAP code
• Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 Development is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills, customer excellence focus and organizational skills
