Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deliver full-stack features using modern JavaScript technologies
• Build both frontend and backend components (React/Angular + Node.js stack)
• Analyze system requirements and prepare technical specifications
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and testable code
• Refactor code to improve performance and scalability
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and documentation
• Understand CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps) and be open to learning new DevOps practices
• Share knowledge with colleagues and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Stay curious about industry trends and explore new tools, frameworks, or processes together with the team

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills (Must-have):

• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on JavaScript development
• Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) and key-value stores (Redis)
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
• Experience working in Azure environments

Nice-to-have / Learning opportunities:

• Willingness to expand your knowledge of SOLID principles, microservice architectures, and test-driven development
• Interest in exploring additional frameworks (MeteorJS, Express, AngularJS, Svelte)
• Hands-on experience or motivation to learn containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Fabric)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods – or motivation to gain this experience
