CRM & Loyalty Activation Lead, Nicosia – CRM/11/26
Our client is looking for a motivated CRM & Loyalty Activation Lead to run and grow the customer rewards program. If you enjoy working with data, shaping customer journeys, and delivering campaigns that drive real results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all loyalty rewards campaigns, promotions, and competitions.
- Segment customers and deliver personalized offers through push, app, and receipt messaging.
- will be running the e-commerce activation project through the app
- Drive new registrations, first‑time redemptions, and reactivation of inactive users.
- Work with Commercial to select products and cashback amounts and ensure correct system setup.
- Monitor program budget, P&L, supplier funding, and monthly KPIs.
- Support Member stores and cashiers with training and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the app provider on updates, issues, and tracking.
- Provide customer data and audiences to the communication agency.
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Loyalty, CRM, or Trade Marketing (retail/FMCG preferred).
- Strong analytical skills: Excel, P&L, customer data.
- Experience with apps, push/email marketing, and segmentation.
- Excellent organization and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with suppliers, Members, and store teams.
- Excellent Greek and very good English.
