Affiliate Manager

Cyprus - Office-based - Full-time

About the company

Our client is an established international company with a strong performance marketing focus. The affiliate channel is a key growth area, and they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to own and develop it. You will join an international team that works in English. The company's name will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

What you will do

• Build and develop a network of affiliate partners, including publishers, content creators and traffic partners.
• Be the main contact for partners: agree commercial terms, negotiate deals and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyse traffic quality and partner performance, and make decisions based on the numbers.
• Develop the partnerships that deliver results and act quickly on the ones that do not.
• Work closely with the marketing, product and creative teams.
• Research the market for new partners, tools and opportunities.
• Attend industry events and build your professional network.

What we are looking for

• You live in Cyprus, have the right to work here, and are ready to work from the office.
• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate, partnership or performance marketing.
• Experience managing partners and being responsible for their results.
• Good understanding of key affiliate metrics and how to use them in your work.
• Confidence with data, spreadsheets and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good working English (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
• Your own network of affiliate partners.
