Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for the Head of Product Marketing to join our team and support the promotion of our major real estate developments in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Product marketing process and standards

• Deliver strategic portfolio planning, a yearly marketing plan and consolidated budget across all developments
• Create and maintain the project playbook including marketing plan, briefs, collateral, launch checklist
• Own the end-to-end product marketing process across all project lifecycle stages for own assigned projects

Business partnership and cross-functional collaboration

• Senior marketing business partner to sales leadership aligning on portfolio priorities and campaign plans
• Work with the Head of Media and the Head of Brand & PR to align calendars, campaigns and brand representation

People leadership

• Hire, onboard, develop Product Marketing team members through coaching and run performance reviews
• Set clear objectives for team members, assign project portfolio, balance workload, prioritize resources
• Build a collaborative, respectful team culture and set the example in written and spoken communication

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
• Proven record of launching and selling out property or comparable high-value projects
• Strong creative judgement combined with commercial thinking and budget discipline
• Experience setting up processes, playbooks and agency rosters
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong presentation skills. Greek or Russian is an advantage
