About the Role

Our client, an IT holding that provides services in digital, mobile applications, entertainment and marketing, is looking for a Non-Executive Director to act as its official local representative. This is a part-time role and does not involve day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company's official representative in the jurisdiction and sign corporate documents and contracts that have been prepared and reviewed in advance

• Take part in KYC and onboarding procedures with banks and company partners

• Participate in organizational matters in coordination with the company's legal and operations team

• Maintain regular and open communication with the team

Legal status and what to expect

• You will be formally appointed as a director

• You will review every document before signing and may ask questions at any time

• You are welcome to have the agreement reviewed by your own legal counsel before signing

Candidate Requirements

• Residency in an EU country and a valid EU passport

• Experience in IT, digital business, or finance, such as manager, operations specialist or marketer

• English B2 or above

• Clean legal and credit history

• Understanding of the responsibilities of a company director
