We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at a well-established 4-star hotel in Paphos, featuring 200 rooms and located just 400 meters from the sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
• Lead, train and motivate staff across all departments.
• Monitor budgets, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality, health & safety and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management, ideally in 4* or 5* properties.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus.
