We are currently seeking an Executive Driver to join our CEO Office and provide dedicated transportation and logistical support to our Chief Executive Officer.
Position Purpose
The Executive Driver will provide safe, reliable, punctual and highly professional transportation and related support to the CEO.
Due to the nature of the position, the role extends beyond standard business transportation and may include transportation of the CEO's immediate family members, personal errands and other reasonable logistical requirements.
The position requires a high level of trust, confidentiality, discretion, flexibility and availability, together with the ability to accommodate changing schedules and work outside normal office hours when required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Transportation
- Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the CEO to business meetings, appointments, events, airports and other locations as required.
- Plan routes effectively and respond efficiently to changes in schedules or destinations, including at short notice.
- Remain appropriately available during meetings, appointments and events where onward transportation may be required.
- Assist with luggage, documents, packages and other items where necessary.
- Provide transportation for authorised business visitors or executives when required.
- Provide transportation to members of the CEO's immediate family, including children, when requested and authorised.
- Carry out reasonable personal errands, collections and deliveries on behalf of the CEO and/or immediate family.
Availability & Flexibility
- Maintain a high degree of flexibility according to the requirements of the position.
- Be available for transportation requirements outside normal office hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, where required.
- Respond appropriately to reasonable short-notice transportation requirements.
- Coordinate availability with the CEO and/or CEO Office while ensuring safe driving and appropriate rest periods.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's business activities, conversations, schedule, destinations, personal affairs and family matters.
- Exercise a high level of discretion and professional judgement at all times.
- Protect confidential documents, personal belongings and other materials entrusted to the Driver.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and comply with Company confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Vehicle Management & Safety
- Ensure that the assigned vehicle is maintained in a safe, clean and presentable condition and is ready for use when required.
- Conduct appropriate basic vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs and cleaning as necessary.
- Promptly report mechanical issues, accidents, damage or other vehicle-related concerns.
- Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed at all times, particularly when transporting children.
CEO Office & Logistical Support
- Liaise with the CEO and/or CEO Office regarding daily schedules and transportation arrangements.
- Collect and deliver confidential documents, packages or other items as requested.
- Assist with airport transfers and other transportation or logistical requirements.
- Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the nature of the position.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Valid Cyprus/EU driving licence appropriate for the vehicles to be operated.
- Clean or satisfactory driving record.
- Proven driving experience with a strong record of safe and responsible driving.
- Good knowledge of the Cyprus road network.
- Ability to use GPS and navigation applications effectively.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible and irregular hours according to the requirements of the position.
- Good command of Greek.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Desirable
- Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Private Driver, Chauffeur or in a similar position of trust.
- Experience providing transportation to senior executives, business owners or families.
- Working knowledge of English.
- First Aid certification or willingness to undertake relevant training.

Working Hours
Due to the nature of the position, significant flexibility regarding working hours is required.
The role may involve work outside normal Company operating hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, as well as reasonable short-notice transportation requirements.
Specific arrangements relating to normal working hours, additional hours, on-call availability, rest periods and any applicable compensation will be governed by the employee's terms and conditions of employment, Company policy and applicable legislation.
