Technician Assistant – Maintenance Team

Harmony Bay Hotel in Limassol is looking for a motivated and reliable Technician Assistant to join our Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and general technical duties.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and ensure that hotel facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
• Report any technical issues or maintenance requirements to the relevant supervisor.
• Help ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Perform any other maintenance-related duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
• Basic technical and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
