Power BI Developer
Moore Limassol LimitedOn behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Power BI Developer to join the Data Management and Insight team.

As the organisation continues its growth journey, this role offers the opportunity to develop your Power BI capability within a data management and insight function, contributing to dashboards used across the organisation.
Role overview
You will develop, support, and maintain Power BI dashboards used by senior leadership, case managers, and global and partner organisations. These dashboards bring together information from a variety of sources to support accurate and timely insight.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards used by senior leadership, case managers, and global and partner organisations.
- Prepare, clean, and transform data using Power Query (M Code) and DAX.
- Work with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and OneDrive-based data sources, and support integration with Power Automate and Azure Cloud services.
- Collaborate with the Data and case management teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Support the creation of data glossaries and documentation so dashboards are easy to use and self-service friendly.
- Ensure reports follow the organization's data governance, GDPR, and ethical data practices.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Good understanding of Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tabular Editor.
- Experience using Power Query (M Code), DAX, MySQL, and SQL to transform and append datasets.
- Familiarity with Power Platform applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong interest in working with data.
- Basic understanding of Azure environments (for example SQL Database, Virtual Machines, Gateways).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A team player with a commitment to humanitarian values and service improvement.
