LLTLAW is recruiting for the position of trainee lawyer for our office in Paphos, Cyprus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, working on cross-border and local commercial, M&A, banking and capital markets transactions as well as local and cross-border litigation disputes.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor degree in law
• LPC or Bar Course is a plus but not required
• Common law legal and academic background
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic team player

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the various departments with their day to day tasks
• Reviewing, drafting and preparing contracts
• Assisting the litigation department and attending court
• Provision of services to client
