What you will be doing

As part of our Technical Team, you will:

• Provide first-line support for BigChange and other business software solutions.
• Troubleshoot software and basic IT issues for customers and internal users.
• Install, configure and support software applications.
• Deliver customer training and help users get the most from our solutions.
• Manage support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows and day-to-day internal IT operations.
• Work closely with customers, colleagues and software partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious, customer-focused and eager to grow.

Essential

• Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in Software Support, IT Support or Helpdesk.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches and Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Experience delivering customer training.
• Knowledge of SQL or databases would be considered an advantage.
