CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a cloud-native, DevOps, and cybersecurity consultancy based in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Commercial Director to join their growing team. Working closely with the CEO, you will own the full commercial cycle from end-to-end, including hiring and leading the sales function over time as the company develops and expands. Our client is seeking applicants who hold proven B2B sales experience in technology, cloud, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise services. You will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, with the ability to run a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, with real commercial judgement on pricing, margin, and deal structure. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Own the full commercial cycle end to end.
• Build outbound and partner-sourced pipeline, running long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with banks, telcos, and large corporates.
• Closing on terms that protect margins.
• Growing vendor/partner relationships into pipeline.
• Hire and lead the sales function over time.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Proven B2B sales track record in technology, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise services.
• Experience selling into enterprise or regulated buyers (financial services, telco, public sector a plus).
• Someone who has personally originated business (cold outreach, new relationships), not only managed or delivered existing accounts.
• Able to run a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, with real commercial judgement on pricing, margin, and deal structure.
• Fluent in Greek and English, comfortable representing the company at a senior level.
• Right to work in the EU.
• Experience with cloud/cybersecurity vendor partner programmes is desirable.
• A network in the Cyprus or Greece enterprise market is a plus.
• Experience building or leading a small commercial team is an advantage.

Key Benefits: 

• Base salary up to €60,000/year gross, plus performance variable up to €40,000 tied to quarterly and annual targets, OTE up to €100,000 with accelerators for overperformance.
