3CX is looking for a Receptionist to join our Operations team. If you can provide a wide range of reception duties with a broad range of people, including staff and suppliers, in a timely and professional manner, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

This role is suited to someone who is happy to work at a Reception desk answering incoming phone calls, opening the door for visitors and making drinks for guests. Full time hours are 9am until 5.30pm. Part-time hours 9am until 1.30 pm can also be considered.

Responsibilities

Sitting at the impressive 3CX reception providing a broad range of support to the Office Manager in the following areas:

• Reception management including incoming calls
• Meeting room refreshments
• Weekly catering
• Office supplies including liaising with external providers
• Assisting with invoice processing and expense tracking
• Event Management including business travel coordination
• Providing general administrative and operational support
• Supporting a healthy, safe and professional office environment

About You

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek – verbal and written. Russian an advantage.
• Demonstrated administrative/operational skills in a similar role or setting.
• Solution focused mindset.
