Role Overview
You will be the backbone of our operational structure, ensuring that processes, people, and systems work in harmony to support the firm's growth and uphold our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across legal and administrative departments
• Develop, implement, and improve internal policies and procedures
• Manage vendor relationships and office resources
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and execution
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operations or office management role, ideally within legal or financial services
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office management tools and CRM systems(Hubspot)
• High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
