The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. The role involves analysing campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve conversions and overall results. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, and a genuine passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyse performance and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage, monitor, and optimise ad accounts across various social media channels and Google Ads.
- Measure, report on, and make recommendations regarding the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead the analytics and reporting function for digital campaigns, with a strong focus on optimisation.
Key Skills & Requirements
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A creative approach and the ability to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Proven ability to draw insights, make recommendations, and implement changes that increase conversions across all platforms.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
