We are expanding and looking for a Sales Manager to join our Publishers Sales team.

What you will do

• Proactively find new leads, run outreach campaigns, and prepare tailored commercial proposals
• Re-engage churned publishers, analyse the market, and generate and test new approaches to attract publishers
• Handle objections, identify reasons for churn, and negotiate updated cooperation terms
• Provide active account management for acquired and reactivated clients throughout their lifetime

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in sales and strong motivation to sell
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Attention to detail and an interest in working with spreadsheets
• Results-driven mindset and a high level of self-organisation
• Ability to find unconventional solutions to complex cases and show initiative
