On behalf of a leading marketing agency in Cyprus, based in Nicosia.
Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to support high-expectation local and international brands. This role is central to managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and helping deliver effective communication campaigns across multiple channels.
Candidate Profile
This role suits a communications professional with strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and excellent organisation. You will be proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and projects related to integrated communication, advertising, and public relations campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of communication strategy proposals.
- Support the development of creative ideas, presentations, and campaign concepts.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Participate in client meetings, present campaign updates, and respond to day-to-day requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate campaign execution across different media channels.
- Identify issues early and help resolve challenges efficiently to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar account handling role.
- Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
