Join a High-Impact Finance Team in Media & Marketing

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Department: Finance Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Bookkeeping Specialist to join our fast-paced finance team in the marketing and media industry. You will play a crucial role in managing accurate billing, end-to-end reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, ensuring smooth financial operations across campaigns and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Issue accurate, timely invoices based on media plans and campaign performance

· Reconcile invoices with delivery and system data

· Reconcile supplier and customer payments and track outstanding balances

· Monitor prepayments, credit notes, and overdue accounts

· Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation

· Balance supplier and customer records

· Ensure accurate bookkeeping across all transactions

· Assist in preparing financial reports (cash flow, P&L, VAT, open balances)

· Coordinate with media buyers, account managers, vendors, and treasury on billing and payment matters

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree Finance, Economics, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable/payable

· Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems

· Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

· Fluent English (spoken and written)

· Experience with NetSuit will be a plus.
