Job Overview

PROSPERITY GROUP is looking for a highly organized Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to coordinate between internal teams, external partners, and the group’s companies. This role supports timely communication, follows up on leads, and tracks ongoing initiatives with our digital marketing agency and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, companies in the group, and our marketing agency.
• Content and calendar review: Work closely with management to create content calendars and ensure timely feedback and updates. This includes creating graphics and simple videos based on content direction.
• Lead management: Assist with lead tracking and ensure leads are passed to relevant departments, supporting timely responses and updates.
• Business development and sales: Identify and qualify potential clients or partners through networking, databases, referrals, and digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM platforms). Manage the final stages of the sales cycle and support closing deals. Assist in the ongoing creation of marketing collateral to improve sales and communication.
• Event support and media planning: Support with photography and videography, assist in planning and execution, and use materials for the social media calendar, including post-event follow-up and analysis.
• Internal updates: Keep the agency and relevant departments informed about company updates, new policies, and initiatives.
• Performance tracking: Review marketing performance metrics on a monthly basis and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Project oversight: Ensure assigned marketing and operational initiatives are completed on time.
• Platform management: Oversee and regularly update the website and social media operations, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and others relevant to our industries.
• Any other related task: Support the smooth operation and growth of the group in marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing and social media (or a related field).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, web analytics, and platforms (i.e. Google Analytics and Wix).
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Strong social media and editing skills.
• Ability to produce and edit videos and create content.
• Strong writing skills, including well-written press releases in both English and Greek, as well as content.
• Excellent oral and written Greek and English.
• Self-driven, reliable, and willing to take initiative and responsibility.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Hours

8:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour break, and 8:00 to 14:00 Friday, unless specified otherwise by the company from time to time.
