IT Officer
UCLan Cyprus LTDAs part of the expansion of our University’s successful activities, we are seeking to appoint an IT Officer (Full Time).
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide first and second line support to all users (staff, students, guests).

Support the IT Department on identifying smart solutions to IT-related problem with immediate response and within strict deadlines.

Investigate and offer effective solutions and suggestions for enhancements and improvements of the IT resources and services.

Support the audio-visual and IT needs and requirements of the events and functions/activities on campus.
-
Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers etc.
-
Repair and replace IT/AV-related equipment as necessary.
-
Support the management of IT assets, IT stock control and IT related procurement.

Learn new technologies and techniques, to improve the educational services of the University.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computing or related fields.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 Systems.

Minimum experience of two years in IT-related role and evidence of competence in windows-based applications.

Ability to undertake maintenance of IT and audio-visual equipment.
-
Excellent command of Greek and English Language.
-
Positive personality characterised by punctuality, discipline and reliability, and with strong sense of duty and responsibility.

Gross Annual Salary: up to €23,000 based on experience and qualifications.
