We are currently seeking Airport Parking & Customer Service Agents to join our team at Larnaca & Paphos airports. The Parking Agent will be responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for

• Very good command of the English language. A second language is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
• Good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Available to work rotating shifts in a seven-day operation
• No previous experience in car rental is required. Full training is provided.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers at the parking area.
• Delivery and collection of rental cars.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
• Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns they may have.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean
