Cook / Staff

Tasty, a food & hospitality business, is looking for an experienced and motivated Cook / Crew Member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a kitchen environment, has good knowledge of food preparation and grilling, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Tasty’s recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Minimise food waste and use ingredients responsibly.
• Assist with preparation and general kitchen duties.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook, Grill Chef, Chef or Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
• Experience working with grills and meat is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures and portion specifications.

• Salary: €1,100 – €1,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
