Purchasing and storing products and raw materials essential for operating a luxury hotel is a critical function at Kanika Hotels & Resorts. If you have the right experience and personality, the Stores & Purchasing Officer role could be ideal for you.

You will lead your own team and collaborate with various departments to support Kanika Hotels & Resorts' vision of providing guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase products and raw materials according to company contracts and monitor store par levels
• Research the market to balance quality and pricing effectively
• Stay updated on market trends for products and materials
• Collaborate with the Central Purchasing Department to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
• Ensure compliance with financial policies related to Purchasing and Storekeeping

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Leaving Certificate; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality, or Finance is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in Greek and English
• Strong computing skills; experience with Fidelio Materials software is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
