CISALPINA TOURS CYPRUS LIMITED, one of the biggest Travel Companies, member of the MSC GROUP worldwide is currently looking for a TravelOfficer to strengthen our team.

Role Overview: As a TravelOfficer you will be an effective member of the Travel team, you will be responsible for issuing airline tickets including re-issuing tickets due to enforced changes or amendments as per client’s needs. You will also be issuing other related documents accurately and within required timescales.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of a number of ships as assigned by the department’s Manager.

• Identifying cheapest flights according to the vessels schedule.

• Making the flight bookings/issuance for crew using the Amadeus GDS.

• Handling different travel accounts of clients.

• Sending emails with flight details.

• Refunds of bookings.

• Processing hotel reservations.

Skills and Experience:

• School completion certificate.

• Any degree on ticketing could be considered as an advantage.

• 1 years experience. Relevant experience in fight ticket for seafarers or marine crew will be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and under own initiative.

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Computer Literacy.
