The JOB HOUSE Ltd, a licensed recruitment agency, is looking on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing construction company in Cyprus, for a Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Nicosia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer who prefers an office-based role. The successful candidate will be involved in tenders, project coordination, procurement and the financial management of projects, working closely with different stakeholders to ensure their smooth and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and evaluate tenders and quotations.

• Coordinate and monitor construction projects from an office-based position.

• Prepare and manage material orders in cooperation with suppliers and relevant teams.

• Monitor project costs and assist with the financial management of projects.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of projects.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Provide administrative and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• University Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Very good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
