Golden Coast Hotel 4*, a leading hospitality destination in Protaras, is currently seeking experienced Cooks to join our team and create memorable dining experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all food items offered, including ingredients, preparation methods, proper presentation, and prepare them to the highest standards.
• Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
• Prepare the mise en place for the assigned section and carefully review the daily menu to ensure proper execution.
• Adhere to all control procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Follow recipes provided by the Executive Chef ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate of culinary school
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently
• Positive, engaging personality
• Professional appearance & attitude
