Metagames Lab Ltd is an AI-powered behavioural intelligence company using simulation games, voice capture and multi-agent analytics to serve enterprise HR, leadership development and talent markets.

As we scale our commercial operation, we are looking for a commercially driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive the full new-client cycle, from market intelligence and outbound prospecting through to proposal support and signed contracts.

In all client-facing, sales and marketing communications, you will carry the external title Client Growth Lead.

What you will do

• Own our lead-generation engine, including the tools, data, campaigns and processes that keep new opportunities flowing to our consulting partners
• Drive the full new-client cycle: market intelligence, outbound prospecting, proposal support and signed contracts

What we are looking for

• A demonstrable commercial track record
• Ideally, experience that combines outbound lead generation, account management and CRM ownership
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-growing, internationally oriented company

Role details

• Format: full time, 5/2, Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 18:00 (with one hour break)
• Employment type: official employment, hybrid role
• Compensation: fixed monthly salary plus % from sales (discussed in the interview)
