Head of Product Development Department

The Head of Product Development Department leads the strategic planning, creation, and execution of innovative products and services to support long-term business growth and profitability.

This role brings together market insight, business development, and project leadership to expand service offerings, build partnerships, and ensure product initiatives align with the Company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify challenges within projects, prioritise issues, and recommend actionable solutions.

• Guide communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market reach.

• Oversee the preparation of business plans, proposals, and project documentation.

• Research and assess new market opportunities and lead market-entry initiatives.

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and business goals.

• Represent the Company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in product design.

• Monitor the Department’s employees, promoting professional growth and performance excellence.

• Coordinate with the Legal Department on contracts, partnership agreements, and intellectual property matters.

• Implement metrics and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of development projects.

• Evaluate and select project management tools and software to enhance team productivity.
