We are seeking to onboard a motivated Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing a personal portfolio of international clients within a collaborative environment, with the support of the Partner.
Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of large international corporate clients

Preparation of payroll and submission of relevant social insurance forms

Registration, submission and handling of all matters related to TAX, VAT and VIES
-
Regular communication with clients from a broad international portfolio

Management of multiple tasks under strict deadlines

Preparation of periodic financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc

Coordinate year-end audits and act as the primary contact with external auditors.

Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior accountants and accounting assistants.

Develop and improve internal accounting procedures and controls.

Ensure all statutory filing deadlines are met.

Direct reporting to the Partner and Head of Corporate Accounting
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher/AAT/CAT qualification
-
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
-
Knowledge of Intel iSOFT or equivalent accounting system (mandatory)

Working knowledge of VAT and basic Tax regulations
-
Strong time management & reporting abilities
-
Professional, reliable and team-oriented personality
-
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to actively participate in team-building activities and firm events
