Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead the company’s warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring products are moved, stored, and distributed efficiently.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including inventory management and distribution activities. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and a practical approach to improving processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, loading, and distribution of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries to support timely and efficient distribution.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and operational targets.
• Establish efficient workflows and continuously improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure effective use of available space.
• Work closely with purchasing, retail, and other departments to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and analyse reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to lead and manage operational teams.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Previous experience in the retail sector will be considered an advantage.
