Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit Bartenders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
• Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations.
• Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
• Address all guests and staff in a polite, professional and courteous manner promoting a welcoming and respectful environment.

Qualification and Experience:

• Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of mixology, including traditional and creative cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, engaging personality
• Professional appearance & attitude
