On behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm, we are seeking for a Brokerage Officer to join its dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus.

The Position

The successful candidate will support the execution, monitoring, and management of trading activities while ensuring compliance with CySEC regulatory requirements and internal procedures, and will be responsible amongst other of:

• Monitor trading activity across trading platforms and ensure smooth execution of client orders
• Execute and supervise orders in financial instruments in accordance with company procedure
• Monitor market exposure, trading risks, and liquidity levels
• Identify and escalate irregular trading activity or system issues
• Perform trade monitoring and basic dealing operations where require
• Liaise with liquidity providers, platform providers, and internal departments
• Monitor pricing feeds and ensure accuracy of trading conditions
• Assist in maintaining best execution standards and operational controls
• Prepare brokerage and trading reports for management
• Ensure compliance with CySEC regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Business or any other related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within an investment firm or the financal services industry.
• Holder of CySEC Basic or Advanced Certificate is required
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Multitasking individual with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
