We are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Publishers sales team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients worldwide and respond to their questions
- Troubleshoot common and unusual issues
- Collaborate closely with related teams
- Participate in extensive training, as we invest significantly in employee development and service quality
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English
- Stress resilience, friendliness, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work with routine and repetitive tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
