SOLEIL HOSPITALITY GROUP is looking for full-time or seasonal staff for the position of Waiters / Waitresses.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with the chef regarding the daily menu and any menu changes
• Know the restaurant menu thoroughly, as well as the spirits list
• Organize your station and coordinate with other waiters on supervising the workplace
• Coordinate with the waiter’s assistant on how to organize and share tasks
• Welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Present and explain the menu, suggesting options and dish and drink combinations in a friendly and discreet way, without imposing opinions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure orders are delivered promptly to the kitchen and preparation starts immediately
• Communicate with customers to ensure better service
• Handle payment for tables you serve and be responsible for your cashier
• Arrange tables at the end of your shift
• Inform the supervisor about any deficiencies and ensure immediate replacement

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English
