Responsibilities:
- Experience in dealing with the Registrar of companies queries.
- Liaison with the Registrar of Companies for ordering certificates and making changes to the companies' officers as instructed.
- AML compliance and KYC matters
- Assisting accountants of the firm as instructed.
- Assisting clients with general inquiries
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and verbal
- Experience in dealing with the Registrar of Companies queries will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good administration and organization skills
- Well organized
- MS Office(Word,Excel) and Internet Explorer literate
- Knowledge of AML compliance matters or have a certificate as a compliance officer will be an extra advantage
