Marketing Executive, Paphos – ME/04/26

Our client, a real estate group, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities. The successful candidate will contribute to the Company’s brand visibility, promotional efforts, and overall marketing strategy across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise exhibitions and events, including bookings and preparation of marketing materials
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and content for social media platforms
• Prepare and manage promotional materials for various marketing initiatives
• Develop creative briefs and guide the execution of advertising and public-facing communications across print, digital, and video channels
• Ensure adequate availability and management of promotional materials for the sales team
• Update marketing materials (digital and print) in line with market trends and industry developments
• Create and distribute newsletters for clients and business associates

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy and execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
