Pulse Market Research is looking to recruit a Research Coordinator in Nicosia. In this role, you will support the execution of market research projects by coordinating fieldwork activities and helping ensure high-quality data collection. You will work closely with the team to monitor progress, assist with participant management, and contribute to the overall success of each project.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of fieldwork activities
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and help ensure timelines are met
• Communicate with fieldworkers and provide guidance when needed
• Assist in assigning visits and managing schedules
• Perform quality checks on collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Handle administrative tasks related to fieldwork operations
• Report any issues or deviations during fieldwork execution

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with fieldworkers/mystery shoppers and provide clear instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations during fieldwork
• Basic numerical and data handling skills
• Comfortably using Excel and general office tools
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
• Previous experience is not required
