Brand Manager, Larnaca – SBM/04/26
On behalf of our client, a well-established organization operating in the FMCG sector, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the spirits portfolio in the local market, ensuring effective brand execution and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the spirits portfolio in line with company strategy.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Support key accounts with tailored recommendations aligned with their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and propose relevant actions.
• Analyze brand and market performance and provide insights.
• Ensure proper execution of brand strategies across all channels.
• Organize and support promotional activities, events and tastings.
• Train internal teams and external partners on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or alcoholic beverages.
• Good understanding of brand, consumer and trade marketing principles.
• Experience working with sales teams, marketing and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
