We are hiring a Composite Technician to join our team at Ayios Sylas Industrial Area, Limassol.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand lamination of molds
- Dry material lay-up for infusion processes
- Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
- Assembly, trimming and finishing of composite parts
- Mold preparation and basic tooling maintenance
- Surface preparation and painting of GRP / CFRP parts
- Visual inspection and basic quality control
- Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in GRP or CFRP production is a plus
- Understanding of composite lay-up processes
- Ability to read work instructions and simple drawings
- Strong manual skills and attention to detail
- Discipline and reliability
- Willingness to learn
- English at a basic technical level
